gym" analogy ends. At the gym, having your trainer do 100 pushups won’t help

will yield as much benefit as if you do the work yourself.

And we won’t so much do it for you as do it with you. So even if we are doing
the actual work, we’ll carefully explain what we’re doing and most importantly,
