What do I need to use AdProofsOnline?
Because AdProofsOnline is an internet application, all you need is a computer with a web browser and internet connection.  Broadband (such as DSL or cable) is recommended, but not required.  There is no software to purchase, nor is there any complicated setup procedure.

How much does it cost?
AdProofsOnline is only $169 per month and includes 25MB of storage for your proofs.  That is plenty of space for most publications. If additional space is needed, you can order more at any time.  It's just $20 more per month for each 5MB block. No contracts or long-term commitments.  On the first of each month your credit card will be charged $169 (plus $20 per 5MB of extra storage, if applicable).  It is your responsibility to maintain the credit card and personal information provided to Coastal such that we are able to collect the appropriate monthly fees. Is AdProofsOnline secure?
Yes, the application includes multiple levels of security.  Each client has a unique username and password which allows them to access and review only their own proofs.  There are also different security levels for account executives, graphic artists and the overall administrator.

What about updates?
As new features are added to AdProofsOnline, you get them automatically.  This is one more benefit to choosing an online solution for your proofing needs.  You know you will always be using the latest version of the application.

Can I integrate AdProofsOnline with my existing web site?
Absolutely.  In fact, we strongly recommend that you do.  You'll be provided with two separate URLs to the application.  One is for your advertisers, the other is for your staff.  All you need to do is add a button to your site for the advertiser URL.

What if I don't have a web site?
You can still use AdProofsOnline using the links we provide.  We also offer web development services and even a complete web application for newspapers that allows you to post your articles and includes an events calendar, a local business directory and much more... all for a low monthly rate.  Be sure to check the box on the information request form to learn more.
